Please be advised that we experienced an issue with our SMS provider in the US region, between 14th and 18th of August.
The issue affected OTP verification through SMS for some users attempting to log in to the Skrill Consumer Wallet and Optic Portal.
Our teams implemented corrective measures, and the incident has now been resolved.
Our partner identified and addressed the underlying cause, and all services have returned to normal operation.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience while the issue was being resolved.
