Please be advised that Paysafe will be performing a planned upgrade to its risk platform between September 30, 2026 and October 1, 2026 as part of an ongoing program to enhance fraud detection, financial crime prevention, and overall platform security. This activity is being executed in a controlled and phased manner. Only merchants included in the current upgrade wave are in scope for this stage and have been or will be contacted directly through established communication channels as applicable.
No downtime is planned, no interruption to payment processing is expected, and no changes are required to existing integrations or daily operations. Enhanced monitoring and support coverage will be in place throughout the migration window to help ensure a seamless transition.
Should you experience unexpected increases in declines, transaction failures, processing delays, or any other unusual activity, please contact Paysafe through your normal support channels.
