Please be advised that on Tuesday, July 28, from 4:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. PET (UTC-5)/ 12:00 p.m.- 1:00 p.m. EEST (UTC +3), Paysafe will be performing maintenance on several of its microservices. Enhanced monitoring will be in place during and after the maintenance window.

During this period, temporary disruptions to SafetyPay CIP payment processing and White Label Wallet processing may occur, potentially impacting merchant transactions.

If you experience any transaction failures, delays, or other unexpected behavior during the maintenance window, please notify Paysafe immediately for investigation and support.
