Please be advised that we observed 15 minutes of additional downtime , lasting from 6:45 to 7:00 UTC.
This exceeded the initially announced period of 45 minutes (6:00 to 6:45 UTC), for which we have raised INC0267670.
As of 7:00 UTC processing has been restored and no further issues have been observed.
We have Interac for further information and cause of the extended downtime.
We value your partnership and appreciate your understanding while the situation was being remediated.

Please be advised that INTERAC will be conducting their annual disaster recovery testing.
There will be two outages of 45 minutes each, as traffic needs to be stopped allowing 30 minutes for existing connections to drain, followed by 15 minutes to perform the database switch, totaling 45 minutes. Similarly, another outage of 45 minutes while coming back from the disaster recovery site to production site.
There will be no transaction processing, e-Transfer services and functionalities during the following times:
06:00 am to 08:45 am UTC
